RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

 

Sale or clearance items

Strung rackets

 

Personal care items (like grip wraps or sweatbands that have been opened)

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at sales@racketpro.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

 

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.

 

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just email us at sales@racketpro.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
